Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 19:00 on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive outside this window, please contact us in advance so we can arrange a self check-in procedure. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation before 11:00, so we have enough time to prepare it for the next guests.

Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible depending on the booking calendar. If you would like to extend your stay on the last morning, send us a short message the evening before and we will let you know if the spot is still available.

Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

In case of a no-show or an early departure, no refund will be given. We strongly recommend taking out a travel insurance that covers cancellation costs. If we are forced to cancel your reservation due to exceptional circumstances, you will of course receive a full refund.

What is included during your stay

The price you pay includes all normal use of water, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests indicated in your reservation. Kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters and cleaning products are available in the accommodation.

If you need extra towels or a change of bed linen during a longer stay, please ask. We can provide this at a small additional cost.

House rules and good to know

This is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is only allowed outside, at least five metres away from the building. Please use the ashtrays provided and never leave cigarette butts in the garden. Pets are not allowed, unless agreed with us in advance.

We live close to the property and respect your privacy, but we are available if you need anything. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please treat the accommodation and the surrounding nature with care, and leave the kitchen area clean upon departure.
